Cancellation & refund eligibility
The organisers have not yet confirmed whether ticket purchases are refundable, the request deadline or any processing deductions. A final policy must be published before relying on a refund entitlement.
Ticket transfers
Transfer eligibility and the process for changing an attendee’s name are not yet confirmed. Do not assume a pass can be transferred to another person.
Event changes & student verification
Arrangements for event cancellation, postponement and unsuccessful student verification are awaiting confirmation. These are separate from the Code of Conduct’s stated sanctions for misconduct.
Keep your purchase information
Retain your Cashfree payment receipt, the email you paid with, pass category, amount paid and payment date. Never send your full card details or security code in an enquiry.
