Code of
Conduct
We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our event are required to agree with the following code of conduct. BSides Chandigarh is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form.
Examples of harassment include but are not limited to offensive comments, verbal threats or demands, sexualized images in public spaces, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of sessions or events, and unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.
Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund, and/or banned from future BSides Chandigarh events, at the discretion of the organisers.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the organising team immediately. We thank our participants for their help in keeping the event welcoming, respectful and friendly to all.
01Live hacking happens inside the boundaries the organisers define. Attack only the targets you are explicitly given, within the time window you are given. Nothing outside them.
02Photography and recording in sessions and challenge areas need the consent of the people in them.
