Passes are paid on Cashfree’s payment forms; Cashfree collects the buyer details and payment details entered there. This website does not collect attendee details for pass purchases.

Interest registration records your selected role and attendee category. Speaker and volunteer applications open separate Google Forms; information submitted there is handled outside this website.

02 / How it is used

Details entered on the Cashfree payment form are used to confirm your purchase, reserve your seat and email your pass before the event.

03 / Payments & storage

Cashfree processes payment on its own payment page. This website does not store your card number, UPI details or security code. Records from earlier purchases are stored privately and are not available through public visitor access.

Google Forms and Cashfree have their own privacy terms. Review those terms when using their services.

04 / Cookies

Interest submissions use a short-lived cookie to prevent repeated submissions within a minute. Any cookies used on Cashfree’s payment pages or Google Forms are governed by those services.

05 / Privacy requests

The organiser’s legal identity, privacy contact and retention periods have not yet been published. They must be added to this notice when confirmed. Do not send identity documents through speaker or volunteer forms for a privacy enquiry.
